We're looking for a talented creator to take lead of content production for Cinegrams, assisting in ad creation, and supporting the founder and partner with personal brand content.

This role starts with hands-on videography, content creation, and editing, with a clear path to grow into a Creative Lead position over time.

You'll work directly with the founder, receiving an in-person mentorship to master the Cinegrams aesthetic while producing high-quality ad creatives, brand content, and marketing visuals.

You'll also support personal brand projects, including vlogs, behind-the-scenes footage, social content, and photography.

Videography & Content Creation

• Shoot & edit Cinegrams marketing visuals, masterclasses, and ad creatives.
• Help film personal brand content, including vlogs, BTS, lifestyle content, and interviews.
• Assist in social media content (short-form video, reels).
• Handle camera setup, lighting, and production logistics for shoots.
• Ensure all content maintains the Cinegrams premium aesthetic.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the founder to align creative output with Cinegrams’ vision and strategy.
• Adapt to feedback and implement improvements to uphold the brand’s creative edge.
• Over time, take on more creative responsibility in production workflows, content strategy, and managing a team.
